As for the return policy, refunds minus shipping fee will be issued for print books returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason. If your book has a physical defect—bad binding, missing pages, or other similar manufacturing problems—Manning Publications will replace it with a new copy. They may ask you to return the defective copy for inspection. Books returned for improper addresses can be reshipped upon request, but may be subject to additional shipping fees.
